Far Out Farms is a family-run agritourism farm in Landrum, South Carolina, created to celebrate the beauty of the land and the joy of seasonal traditions. From pumpkin-filled autumn days to blooming spring fields, our farm invites guests to slow down, step outside, and make meaningful memories together.
A Working Agritourism Farm
Far Out Farms is more than a scenic backdrop — it’s an active, working farm designed to be enjoyed throughout the year. Each season brings something new, whether it’s rows of pumpkins glowing in the fall sun or fresh flowers ready to be picked in the spring. Our goal is to offer simple, authentic farm experiences that feel welcoming, relaxed, and memorable for all ages.
Fall on the Farm
Our pumpkin patch operates annually from late September through Halloween, transforming the farm into a festive fall destination. Guests can wander the pumpkin fields, choose the perfect pumpkin, enjoy seasonal activities, and soak in the crisp autumn air with beautiful mountain views as the backdrop. The pumpkin patch is at the heart of our fall season and has quickly become a favorite tradition for families in the Upstate.
Springtime on the Farm
Beginning spring 2026, Far Out Farms will introduce a you-pick flower experience, featuring tulips, daffodils, and a variety of seasonal wildflowers. Bloom times and opening dates will be announced as the season approaches, allowing nature to guide the experience. Our flower fields will offer a peaceful way to enjoy spring on the farm while gathering fresh blooms straight from the field.
Growing With the Seasons
As Far Out Farms continues to grow, so do our seasonal offerings. We’re excited to expand beyond fall and spring with fresh Christmas trees coming next year, giving families another opportunity to create traditions and celebrate the season with us.
